There’s a new free Android app (one of the best Android apps in our tests) that you should download – Android Freeware’s very own iPhone Style Folders app. You can download it free on Android Market.
Make Your Android Phone Look Like an iPhone 4 with this Free App
It’s a tricky app. Why? It can make your Android phone look like an iPhone 4. What it does is change the widgets and folders to mimic those of the iPhone’s, thus making Android mobile phones look like a faithful replica or clone of Apple’s product.
The icons look exactly the same and there’s no significant difference with the iPhone, except of course for the operating system.
One could also be misled to believe he’s using an iPhone if he’s not too familiar with the Android interface.
This free Android app is not even memory hungry. It can be used with mobile phones running Froyo (Android OS 2.2) but we believe it’s also compatible with older Android OS versions.
It’s been tested to work with HTC Evo 4G and LG Revolution VS910 Android mobile phones by other users.
According to some reviews, it works on these phone models without any errors. In our case, we tested this on our Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and found no problems after installation.
