Despite these good things this Blackberry app can accomplish, it is creating some problems for users. The most common issue against this app is that it scans Blackberry phones without having been setup to run automatically.

In our curiosity, we tried SmrtGuard Mobile Security on Blackberry Bold 9700 for a day and we found out that is true. The scanning process is automated even without user intervention. And to us, this sucks! It’s like using a software that runs on its own without the owner wanting it to run.
